Lufthansa Airbus Airbus A321 "Pope"

In summer 2005 the newly elected Pope Benedikt XIV flew to the World Youth Day in Colone to celebrate several worships together with two million pilgrims. He returned to Italy in a Lufthansa aircraft named “Regensburg” - the city in which Josef Ratzinger worked for many years as a professor at the Theological Faculty.
