The first edition in red was sold out after a very short time. The follow-up model appears in green with a black chassis and tower unit. The four-axle vehicle is based on a three-axle chassis with the wheelbase of the 6x4 tractor unit. MAN sends this to its partner Wierda in the Netherlands. The Dutch company fitted the tractor unit with a steered 10-tonne axle to make the MAN TGX 37.580 fit for heavy-duty operations. The air-sprung chassis offers the driver more driving comfort. Herpa has converted the original accordingly and has also given the short 4-axle truck a new tower. The tractor unit is also available in white (316958).
