Poland’s LOT is clearly centering its mid-haul fleet modernization program around the Boeing 737 Max. No fewer than 24 Max 8s are currently in operation, with six more scheduled to be delivered within 2026 alone. Recently, LOT has decided to replace its short-range fleet of Embraer E-jets with the Airbus A220.
