The livery “Spirit of Durango” on the Western Pacific Airlines Boeing 737-300 with the registration N946WP is so extraordinary beautiful that it is now also comes on a 1/400 scale model. As Premium Edition model in the 1/200 scale (016308) and as Club model in the 1/500 scale (502078), it has already enhanced numerous collections. In the 1990s, the airplane promoted the ski and hiking resort of Purgatory Resort in the southwest of Colorado, and displayed a winter mountain scenery on its right-hand fuselage side, and the scenic railway route of the Durango and Silverton narrow-gauge railroad, as well as the Indian remains of Mesa Verde National Park in summer on the other side.
