The “Spirit of Louisiana” is the 21st and last B-2 Spirit built, having entered service in November of 1997. She was only one of two Spirit flying wings delivered by Northrop Grumman from the start as a Block 30 aircraft with enhanced avionics and systems, including a more advanced radar and the capability to carry additional weapon systems. The remaining 18 aircraft in service (one aircraft having been written off after an accident) were ultimately brought up to this standard.
