In cooperation with Modelyletadel, Herpa is now releasing a second wave of L-29 “Dolphins” in the 1/72 scale. This Slovak Dolphin was still in operation in 1993 as part of the newly formed International Fighter Pilots Academy in Kosice. Financed by the Slovak Air Force, the unit also trained civilian pilots on the L-29. The eye-catching red, white and blue design on the aircraft body and wings, visually transforms this Dolphin into an aerobatic demo aircraft. Distributed by Herpa worldwide – with exception of the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
