The Hochtief Company, founded in 1874, employs 40.000 employees worldwide. Reason enough for Herpa to create its own Hochtief-Edition, which was started in the year 2000. As of March, a number of models have been released in the Hochtief-Design. The highlight of the new edition is most likely the Herpa/Märklin HO Train-Set, including a diesel locomotive and several Herpa models, all in the Hochtief Company design. Now, two new models supplement the Hochtief-Edition. Every Herpa construction vehicle has also been in the blue colors of Hochtief, it was to be expected that the demolition dredger, with its extremely long and movable clamp arm would follow. It is followed by a dump truck hauling a Goldhofer TU3 heavy-duty trailer with moveable ramps which will also be the last model of the edition in 2006.
