Released last year in the 1/500 scale (item n° 512183), the Canadian Airlines Boeing 747-475 C-GMWW will now be produced in the 1/200 scale for those who prefer a bigger model. In early 1999, this aircraft was one of the first - and the last - to receive Canadian Airlines' last independent livery. That very same year, following dramatic losses and severe takeover fights, the airline became a subsidiary of Air Canada. Since the beginning of 2000, all of Canadian's airplanes have received a paint scheme almost identical to Air Canada's, including the original of this model which was repainted in late 2000.
