It was not a worthy start into the 100th anniversary year for the world's fifth-oldest airline. CSA Czech Airlines, founded in 1923, had a single aircraft operating on the Prague-Paris route at the beginning of 2023. In April, things started to pick up a bit: With OK-IOO, a second A320 was added, also receiving the 100th anniversary logo on its fuselage sides. During the Corona pandemic, CSA Czech Airlines had to file for bankruptcy. For 2024, however, the fleet is expected to grow a little more with the addition of four new Airbus A220s.
