The first Roadster of the BMW modern times with the type designation Z1 was presented at the IAA 1987. A limited edition of exactly 8000 units was manufactured between 1989 and 1991. For planning and manufacturing, the in 1985 founded BMW subsidiary “BMW Technik GmbH” was responsible then. The design was from Harm Lagaay. The H0 model is a remake in dark blue and silver metallic.. Item was produced in different colors. Delivered color might deviate from the photo.
