Audi’s path into the luxury class began in 1979 with the launch of the Audi 200, which had been based on the Audi 100. Only in mid-1994 did Audi present an independent luxury class model series with the new A8. After eight years of manufacturing, the ur-A8 (in-house name D2) was replaced by the D3 in November 2002. In the beginning of 2010, the latest A8 generation will follow, which will be presented at the Geneva International Motor Show 2010. Now, also the H0-miniature from Herpa will be released. An all new type in gray-metallic. Item was produced in different colors. Delivered color might deviate from the photo.
