The in 1995 in Innsbruck founded Welcome Air, was at first known as a business travel operator and air ambulance, because its “cast bombers” flew injured skiers home. Today, as a regional carrier, it took over the operations of the former Tyrolean Air. It operates two turboprops of the type DO328-100 and one DO328-200Jet. The latter, with the registration OE-LJR “Aurora” is now released in the 1/200 scale.
