Since its formation in 1964, the forwarder Alex Andersen has become one of Denmark’s leading forwarders. Initially, Andersen transported milk, rocks and gravel – until in 1979 a group of gardeners entrusted him with the distribution of their flowers. The flower transport has meanwhile become Andersen’s strongest income source. This is also noticeable in the logo – the initials of Alex Andersen with a sprouting flower. A partial edition of this exclusive model is now also available from Herpa eXtra.
