VFA-83 McDonnell Douglas F/A-18C Hornet ""Rampagers" CAG-Bird
Product number:

Listprice:

In 1957, Strike Fighter Squadron 83, VFA-83 for short, gave itself the byname “Rampagers”, a term which could be taken to mean “hooligans”. But “Rams” also suggests battering rams or rams per se, which is why the head of this animal decorates the vertical tail of the “Hornet”. The limited model will be released in the 2004 livery, in which year the airplane was based on the carrier John F. Kennedy during operation Iraqi Freedom.
