In May 1955, the Caravelle, the first French medium-range airliner took to the skies on its maiden flight. Reason enough to produce a model, commemorating the 65th anniversary of this successful first-generation jet airliner. One of the many operators was the Netherlands’ Transavia that had 14 aircraft in its fleet, sporting this attractive color scheme which was introduced in 1972.
