Andreas Andresen took over the company in 1928, which had already been founded in Denmark in 1916 by C.G.Sondergaard. He managed it until his death in 1976. In the beginning, they mainly transported cattle and agricultural engines. Only later, industrial goods and especially foods were added. In 1985, the company-owned fleet consisted of 15 trucks. The at that time approx. 100 employees were spread across subsidiaries in Hvidovre (Copenhagen), Rodby and Flensburg and the headquarters in Padborg. The company more and more specialized in transporting food stuffs. In 1992, the company moved to its new headquarters in Industrivej. Today, the company employs 550 staff members and owns more than 500 vehicles. It mainly offers transport and logistic solutions to West- and East Europe, Scandinavia as well as Russia and the Baltic states.
