The company Isar Beton from Dingolfing in Bavaria was founded in 1971 as sole forwarding company for ready-mixed concrete. After the concrete manufacturer increasingly marketed its products itself, the company temporarily discontinued services. Today, only the company name reminds of ist sources. Since 1993, loose building materials and aggregates are being transported. By and by, dealing with cement and the transport of concrete components were added. In 2005, the business division silo transports was taken over from the Alois Meier Transporte GmbH. With that, Isar Beton has expanded its market position in that area and is mainly active in that branch today. The eXtra –model is based on a very nice original, a silo trailer with colorful airbrush design by Walter Rosner.
