In 1961, Hans Sturm began first forwarding operations with one truck only. The first work yard and truck parking lot was based in Kaars, near Düsseldorf. In 1980, the first own Scania authorized repair shop was opened and a conversion of the meanwhile 25-vehicle fleet from curtain-canvas to box vehicles followed. Afterwards, the company continuously expanded and increased in size. The miniature model will be released with the modern Schmitz trailer and the new face-lifted Scania built in 2009.
