“Your logistics service provider – Europe-wide”, this is Reinert Logistic’s advertisement slogan. The name stands for a rather young forwarding company founded in Schleife near Cottbus in 1990 by the then 19-year old René Reinert. After the German reunification, the clever and young manager soon recognized the demand for transport of goods in the new German states. Colourful trucks and interesting designs render the fleet with now 420 vehicles interesting for Herpa, too. With three models announced with these autumn specials, the new “Reinert forwarder series” is kicked off. In the next, it will be continued with many other model combinations via new releases and other special releases. With about 600 employees at seven German locations (Schleife near Weißwasser (headquarters), Neuenhagen, Kerpen, Erfurt, Leipzig, Heilbronn and Frankfurt), the forwarding company is one of the big ones of the German transport industry.
