Royal Jordanian Boeing 727-200 – JY-AFU “Azraq”

Between 1974 and 1981, the airline, which at the time was still known as Alia Royal Jordanian Airlines, put six Boeing 727-200 Advanced aircraft into service. Occasionally, even His Majesty King Hussein I piloted the among crews and passengers popular aircraft himself. This release sports the current, elegant livery of Royal Jordanian and is named “Azraq”, after a desert castle in Eastern Jordan.
