With the arrival of this Airbus A321neo, registered TC-RDP, from the Airbus assembly plant in Hamburg, Germany to Istanbul’s Sabiha Gökçen Airport, Pegasus Airlines celebrated the delivery of its 100th aircraft, named “Cumhuriyet” (“Republic”) – just in time for the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Turkey. The airline has almost completed its transition to next-generation A320neo and A321neo aircraft and recently announced a follow-on order for no less than 50 additional A321neo to further support its fleet expansion plans. This special anniversary A321 is released in a one-time-only, limited quantity as part of the Herpa Club Edition.
