Olympic Airlines ATR-42-300 (made of metal)
Product number:
552417
Listprice:
€45.00
As a result of the EU-ordered refund of 1.5 billion Euros in illegal government subsidies, the long-bankrupt national Olympic Airlines was dissolved in September of this year. By spring 2009, liquidation is scheduled to be finalized, and the old name with the well-known, six-ring tail logo is to take off as a new, debt-free airline managed by a private investor. The original of this model will most likely survive. This ATR-42-300, SX-BIA, named after the philosopher “Plato”, was the first of six registered examples in January 1990 at the former subsidiary Olympic Aviation
