Historical and modern Riwatrans Trucks are the next supplements to the Herpa Riwatrans-Series. The Volvo FH, with its refrigerated box trailer, is the modern part of this Transportation Company, which only exists as scale Herpa models. The historical part is a model which has not been around for quite some time: The Ackermann Freuhauf Truck, a model which was first released by Herpa in 1980. In order to increase transportation volume capacity, the sleeper was position on top of this MB NG cabin: A so-called Topsleeper. With a special H-coupler, the distance between the tractor and the trailer could be shortened, also allowing for more capacity.
