The Munich fire brigade consists of a municipal fire brigade with ten fire stations managing about 70,000 operations per year and the auxiliary fire brigade with about 800 members divided in 21 sections which are called out about 2,600 times per year. This makes it the biggest communal fire brigade in Germany. The individual fire stations are spread all over the city to always be able to adhere to the 10 minute response time. Part of the fleet is amongst others this jumbo box semitrailer “respiratory equipment”. This exclusive model war produced for one of our retailers – a partial edition is now also available from the Herpa brand shop.
