Franz Wittmann Transport GmbH (FWT), a transport company from Neuhofen near Ludwigshafen in southwestern Germany, was founded in 1920. Initially Wittmann had only one horse and cart, but in the meantime, the fleet has grown to sixty vehicles, many of them specialized in transporting containers and heavy or bulky load. In Neuhofen, you find not only a truck maintenance station, but also a gas station, a container storehouse, and container cleaning facilities.
