NEW DESIGN! The new heavy-duty four-axle tractor unit is based on a three-axle chassis with a short wheelbase. MAN sent this to its partner Wierda in the Netherlands. The Dutch company equipped the 6×4 model with a steered 10-tonne axle to make the MAN TGX 37.580 fit for heavy-duty operations. The air-sprung chassis offers the driver more driving comfort. Herpa has now converted the original accordingly and has also given the short 4-axle vehicle a new tower. While the red tractor unit (316965) is a limited edition, the white tractor unit (316958) will remain in the range for longer.
