Since 1997, Sergeant Major Helmut Duntemann and soldiers of the anti-aircraft missile tank battalion 300 - and since 2006 also soldiers of the sapper tank unit 1 - have been committed to the Deutsche KinderKrebshilfe e.V. (Children’s Cancer Foundation). What began 26 years ago with only 26 exhibitors has meanwhile become a gigantic project with over 300 exhibitors. This special MAN platform canvas cover truck model was produced for the 14th annual model building exhibition. A partial edition is now also available from the Herpa trademark shop.
