In 1918, architect and graphics designer Otto Firle created the distinctive crane for the Lufthansa’s predecessor Deutsche Luft-Reederei. 100 years later, on February 7, 2018 Lufthansa revealed its modernized livery at ceremonies in Frankfurt and Munich. This new design will replace the current design, introduced three decades ago.
