Lu and Cosmo are back! The two mascots Lu and Cosmo which have become popular among younger travelers also found a new spot on the fuselage of the repainted D-AILU. Lu now wears a pilot’s uniform while Cosmo slides down the aircraft’s blue tail. If you can snatch a window seat above the wings, you can wave at the two of them flying along. Herpa is releasing this “Lu Hansa”-aircraft in a total of four different model versions, from the die-cast metal version in 1/500 all the way up to a large display version in the 1/100 scale.
