November 11, 2014 marks the end, not only for the last MD-11 in service at KLM, but also the end to the partnership between the Dutch airline and Douglas which lasted for 80 years, following the delivery of the DC-2 back in 1934. For her final flights, PH-KCD received special titles on the fuselage.
