Due to its special stealth characteristics including the special nature of its surfaces, colorful color schemes are barely found so far on the F-35. The 13th Squadron however did not want to let its centenary pass without adding some color on one of its F-35’s stabilizers, painting Italy’s Tricolore and Don Quijote from the units emblem on the outside of the left stabilizer.
