Today, Krone is Europe’s second-largest manufacturer of truck and semitrailers. In Werlte, Emsland, about 800 employees annually produce about 25,000 vehicle units on the 70 hectare premises. The current Mega Liner lives up to its name. Because it not only features a mega loading volume of 100 cubic meters but also mega equipment. It inter alia has a new hydraulic elevating roof with 450 mm lift height for easier loading and unloading and a special varnish procedure protects it from perforation corrosion.
