For more than 900 years has the Order of Malta been helping those in need. Back then, they ran a hospital for pilgrims in Jerusalem, which got sick on their way to the Holy Land. That’s how a „Spitalsbruderschaft“ emerged, which later on developed into the Order of Malta, a sovereign establishment which accounts worldwide for the Malteser associations. Since the production of their first operation vehicles in the 1/87 scale, the vehicle park of Malteser models has grown enormously.
