Since 2020, WDL Aviation, itself part of the logistics company Zeitfracht Group, has been operating under the German Airways brand. Now, the Cologne-based charter airline is modernizing its image and emphasizing its German origins even more strongly: the German flag now appears in stylized form on the tail, while the winglets feature the national flag in full. Following its release as a detailed collector's model in the 1/200 scale, the Embraer E190 in German Airways’ new livery is now announced in the considerably larger 1/100 scale, as part of the successful Herpa SnapFit range. A display stand is included.
