Etihad Airways is the title sponsor of the 2009 Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. From November 1, 2009, the Formula-1 race will take place on the specially built course on the offshore island of Yas, belonging to the emirate of Abu Dhabi.
