Spedition Schmitt is based in Seligenstadt in the German state of Hesse. Founded in 1906, the company initially transported rail freight and homework from the leather industry with two horsepower. Today, partial and full loads of between one and 25 tons are transported throughout Europe. The fleet consists mainly of tarpaulin trailers with various internal loading heights, but refrigerated trailers are also available in order to offer customers the broadest possible portfolio. The latest gem is this DAF XG+ in lowliner design. The elaborately printed model features a picture of a windmill at the rear and is a one-off edition.
