After the 4th generation Volvo tractor unit of the same design (312387) ran very well and the 5th generation is now also available, this was the reason to subject this 3-axle heavy-duty tractor unit to a facelift. The 4th and 5th generation differ only slightly (headlights and indicators), but the facelift of the 6x4 tractor unit will now also take place here. As with its predecessor, the tower will be fitted with POPP cladding. The tractor unit is finished in the recently very well-received black/red color scheme. The Swedish cross, which also extends to the tower cladding, gives the model an additional shine.
