Aero Lloyd Airbus Airbus A321 "Trigema"

Aero Lloyd was the first German holidaymaker airline to sell parts of its fuselage as advertising space. From July 1997 on, an MD-83 carried the logo of the German textile company Trigema. When the MD-83 was retired, three A321 received the same paint scheme. A model of the plane with the registration D-ALAK has already been released in the 1/500 scale, and now follows the 1/200 scale version. But even revenue from this kind of advertising did not save Aero Lloyd from bankruptcy. After twenty-three years of operations, it had to file for bankruptcy on October 16, 2003.
